Pancakes
Everybody loves pancakes <3 Ingredients: 7 table spoons of sunny flour 1 egg yolk pinch of salt 10g brown sugar 300-400ml LP drink -use more id required based on a consistency You will get around 12 pancakes Mix all ingredients together properly with a hand mixer and bake on a pan until golden. <3 1 pancake is about 14 mg phe, but that depends on egg yalk weight, egg yolk weight is between 15-18 grams.

Spaghetti with basil sauce
Quick and easy, and most importantly tasty lunch- we love this combination :) Ingredients 1 portion: Loprofin or Mevalia spaghetti 25g Fresh basil 25g Violife greek style cheese One clove of garlic Alpro rice or coconut cream Easy :) Mix fresh basil leaves with garlic and salt and litle bit of water. Pastries filled with pudding and strawberries
