Steamed Dumpling š„āØļø
This recipe makes:Ā 2 dumplings

š¾ Loprofin DaminĀ ā 300 g
š§« Fresh yeastĀ ā 16 g

š§ Lukewarm waterĀ ā 350 ml
š¬ SugarĀ ā 1 tsp
šŖŗ Quail eggĀ ā 1 pc (60 mg Phe)

š©āš³ Instructions
1ļøā£ Yeast MixtureĀ š§«š¬Prepare a yeast starter using 100 ml lukewarm water, 1 tsp sugar, and the fresh yeast. Let it activate briefly.
2ļøā£ DoughĀ š¾Place all dry ingredients in a bowl, add the yeast starter, and start kneading.š§ Gradually add the remaining 250 ml of lukewarm waterĀ while kneading until a smooth, soft dough forms.
3ļøā£ First riseĀ ā³Cover the dough and let it rise for at least 30 minutes.
4ļøā£ ShapingĀ š½ļøBriefly knead the risen dough and shape it into 2 equal dumplings.
Let them rest and rise for another 10 minutes.

5ļøā£ SteamingĀ āØļøSteam the dumplings for 15 minutes.
ā ļø Do not open the pot during steaming, as the dumplings may collapse.

6ļøā£ FinishingĀ š»Brush the cooked dumplings with oilĀ to keep them soft and moist. Serve warm.

Once cooled, wrap the dumplings in a clean kitchen towel or store them in an airtight container.
