A simple, fresh, and very eye-catching snack - perfect as finger food too.

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Instructions

1ļøāƒ£ Cut the rice paper into 6 equal pieces.

2ļøāƒ£ Heat the oil for frying in a pan while you prepare the avocado dip.

3ļøāƒ£ Avocado dip: Mash the avocado in a bowl, add the pressed garlic, lime juice, a pinch of salt, and the Violife vegan sour cream. Mix well or blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

4ļøāƒ£ The oil must be very hotĀ - if it’s only warm, the rice paper won’t puff up properly and won’t fry well.

5ļøāƒ£ Fry the rice paper pieces briefly. Once puffed, remove them and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

6ļøāƒ£ Jackfruit: SautĆ© the jackfruit in a pan with a little olive oil, season with salt, add a small splash of water, and cook for 5–8 minutesĀ until tender.

7ļøāƒ£ To serve: Top the rice paper chips with jackfruit, finely chopped tomatoes, add the avocado dip, and finish with fresh basil 🌿
