Quick and Easy Xmas ideas

1. Xmas tree (2 different styles)

a) Sliced bread or bread rolls smeared with mixed Violife cheese cream and Violife greek style cheese decorated with a cucumber on wooden stick.

b) Salted Schar Biscuits with a veggie and cheese filling- cooked cauliflower, kohlrabi, crushed Schar biscuits, violife cream cheese and violife greek style cheese. They are decorated with dill, pomegranate and sweetcorn.

2. Chocolate creations using different chocolate forms.

Small chocolate contains approx. 7mg (8g) phe, and large 22mg phe (25g)

Of course, phe depends on the chocolate used :)
