šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³ Method:

  1. Whisk the quail eggĀ together with the melted butterĀ and sugar.

  2. Add the mashed bananasĀ and mix briefly using a hand mixer.

  3. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.

  4. Grease the baking molds and fill them only halfway, as the batter will rise during baking and almost double in size.

5. Bake at 170 °C using top and bottom heat for about 15 minutes, then bake for an additional 3 minutes using the fan-assisted setting.

🧸🧁 Baking note for silicone mold

When baking in a silicone mold, the bear-shaped cakes may not turn fully golden on the inside. This is normal, as silicone molds bake more gently than metal molds, which usually provide more even browning.

Bake at 170 °C / 340 °F using top and bottom heat for about 15 minutes. Then turn the cakes in the mold, switch to the fan-assisted setting, and bake for a few more minutes until golden.

Enjoy 🧸
