  1. Cook your favourite PKU-friendly pastaĀ according to the package instructions.

  2. Add the avocado, vegan feta, rice cream, lemon juice, fresh basil, and pasta cooking water to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. A NutriBulletĀ works best for this, but any blender will do. Garlic is optionalĀ - add it only if you like itšŸ™‚.

  4. Mix the avocado sauce with the cooked pasta, serve, and Enjoy šŸ’š
